If you receive an item and it doesn’t make you feel your best, we offer a no-questions-asked return for a refund—because you deserve to feel amazing!

How to Return an Item
To start the return process, log into your account. If you don’t have an account yet, simply sign up using the same email you used to make your purchase, and then click on the order you wish to return.
Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost of a $10 flat rate. If your return is denied, you will need to pay the shipping cost to have the item(s) sent back to you.

Eligible Returns

• Returns must be received within 30 days of your order date.
• All clothing must be in its original, unwashed condition, with tags attached.
• Items should be free from make-up, deodorant stains, perfume, and any other signs of wear.
• 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of fault under consumer law.

Please make sure your return meets these guidelines. Items that do not meet the return requirements will be sent back at the customer’s expense. On Demand Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns if we believe the items are not in the original condition as shipped.
